Το σεμινάριο θα προσφερθεί (κυρίως) στα Αγγλικά και θα προσφερθεί σε τρεις συνεδρίες: 2/12, 9/12 και 16/12 από τις 18:00-21:00. This course aims to better prepare attendants for the workplace by introducing, developing and honing a set of transferable skills that are pivotal from the stage of looking for a job, to applying for one, to entering and practicing in the workplace. Using a wide range of authentic material and via the promotion of collaborative learning, it addresses interrelated topics such as linguistic competence, interdisciplinarity, diversity and standing out among equals in today’s labour market. The course will employ a mixture of task-based, skills-based methodologies and will encourage a hands-on approach via which attendants will receive practice and opportunities in order to become familiar with and refine a number of real-life tasks and skills. Upon successful completion of the activities involved, attendants will be expected to have gained significant knowledge with regards to the skills taught and also to have expanded their awareness for the various topics to be discussed.
